We advise you against buying tickets on other platforms, often the tickets are offered overpriced or they are ticket forgeries.

We as the organizer of the Wireless Germany Festival support the campaign "No! To the black market or ticket scalpers ", therefore we ask you to always buy your tickets at the suggested and known ticket agencies, platforms or the official ticketing partners and not to buy from other sources!



Entry to the event is only possible with a valid ticket and an unbroken festival wristband. When you first enter the festival, show your ticket and exchange it for a wristband which entitles you to admission to the event for the duration stated on your ticket. The wristband is to be worn on the wrist. Unsealed or damaged wristbands will no longer be valid. The undamaged wristband and the entry ticket must be shown on re-entry to the event site; otherwise there is no entitlement to readmission. On entry to the event, a security check will be undertaken by security staff.

At Wireless Germany Festival, there will be a barrier-free check-in and barrier-free toilets.
Please note that the VIP Area at Wireless Germany Festival is not barrier-free everywhere.
Tickets for attendees with disabilities with companion are available via Ticketmaster customer service.

We observe the German Youth Protection Act. In order to protect children and young people, admission entitlement applies on all event sites in accordance with section I.2 of the Wireless T&Cs.
Children from 8 toup to the age of 14 may only attend the concerts if accompanied by a guardian and each are in possession of a valid entry ticket.

Young people aged between 14 and 16 years are admitted for concerts until midnight if they have parental consent, are accompanied by a guardian or person acting with parental authority, and each are in possession of a valid entry ticket.

For young people aged 16 years and over, admission to concerts and musical performances until midnight is approved when unaccompanied by a guardian or person acting with parental authority.
Children age 7 and under are not allowed on the festival grounds.

“Persons acting with parental authority” must satisfy the following requirements:

  • have reached the age of majority,
  • display the maturity required to be able to responsibly provide a child with the support necessary in the situation,
  • able to ensure the child will get home.

On entry to the festival site, a search (body check) for prohibited items is conducted on all people.
It is not allowed to bring any types of bags and any types of rucksacks / backpacks, suitcases etc. to the festival.
Bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC, with a maximum size of 44cm high x 37cm wide x 30cm tall and small handbags which do not exceed DIN A4 in size are allowed.

  8. Single-use cameras
  9. Pocket cameras

  11. small power banks


Among others prohibited items include:

  1. Any bags and any rucksacks / backpacks except permitted bags (see permitted item)
  2. Drinks and fluids of any kind
  3. Helmets or face coverings
  4. Firearms, cutting, stabbing and other weapons of all types
  5. Saws, axes, hatchets and similar tools
  6. Fireworks, sparklers and other pyrotechnic items of any kind (incl. Bengal lights)
  7. Chairs, seating furniture and seating (e.g. polystyrene cubes)
  8. RECORDING DEVICES: Professional sound, photographic and video equipment is prohibited (incl. Go-Pros)
  9. Notebooks, tablets and other computers
  10. Laser pointers
  11. Bulky items of all types e.g. ladders, chairs, flagpoles, umbrellas, camping equipment, selfie sticks
  12. Drugs of any kind
  13. Glasbottles, Gas, aerosols, deodorant sprays, hairspray
  14. Drums, vuvuzelas and/or other mechanical or electronic devices to make noise
  15. Spiked bracelets, large chains, chains on wallets, collars
  16. Inline skates, rollerblades, skateboards
  17. Bicycles, stroller
  18. Any materials which are or may be racist, threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, defamatory, fraudulent or tortious, obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable

Carrying the above items may result in rejection of the attendee and exclusion of the attendee from the event; items under figures 5. a, c, h, i that are carried may, subject to a charge, be deposited at storage sites (containers or lockers) which are limited in number and capacity. The organiser assumes no liability for the loss of items from the storage sites. The remaining prohibited items may not be deposited at the storage sites (containers or lockers).

There is no camping site at Wireless Germany Festival. Camping is prohibited.



We offer different types of food and beverages at Wireless Germany Festival.
Bringing any of the following onto the event site is forbidden. Glass containers, canisters, cans, PET bottles and / or other drink containers, your own drinks and food, rigid packaging, cooler bags, any other heavy containers.
You can bring empty collapsible drink bottles to the Festival site.



There are free-of-charge drinking-water taps available on the festival site. You can refill your collapsible drink bottles there.



Paramedics will be on duty at the festival in case of emergency.



The sound volume of the concerts may pose a risk of damage to hearing and health. The use of hearing protection is strongly recommended, particularly close tot he stages.



Taking photographs in a private capacity is basically permitted. Only 35mm cameras and mobile phones with camera functions are allowed.
It is not permitted to take reflex cameras, cameras with zoom lenses or with any type of video funktion. Video cameras and audio recording devices of all types such as tape recorders, MP3 recorders and dictation devices are likewise prohibited.
Generally all types of recordings  without the explicit permission oft he promoter or any artist are forbidden and the publicity of such recordings will be dealt with a penalty.



It is not permitted to bring animals onto the festival site.



Keep in mind that on the other days of the year the whole festival site is a recreation area for the local residents of the city and additionally habitat for many animals and plants. Damages on the flora (trees, bushes) and the endangerment or even tormenting of animals are instantly reported to the police (property damage) and lead to the immediate exclusion from the event. Every pile of trash you leave unnoticed will endanger the location of the festival and negatively affects the environment.
Please use the waste containers provided and keep your area clean.
